I’m just going to leave this up.

i’mma just start tagging posts like this with “but racism doesn’t exist!” and “we all bleed red!” and “why does it always have to be about race?”

A lot of the time I see these stats with “SEE WHAT ARE WHITE WOMEN COMPLAINING ABOUT!” comments; but seriously, 20% difference in pay is still a lot and you damn well deserve to close that gap. Fighting for your own rights is perfectly justified, even though some people don’t seem to think so.

It is equally important to realise that there are people who are significantly worse off than you and you should fight for their equality just as hard as for your own. I mean really, 59% for Hisapnic women? Terrible.

If anyone can find these stats for New Zealand, I will love them forever.
